Send them those links or introduce them to people who can help. Customers notice when people care!
- Be genuine with your customers and show them that you care by simplifying the process and making it enjoyable to work with you. Consider their schedules when planning interactions and make yourself available in case they have questions or concerns. Remember that people can pick up when you are manipulating them only for sales, so nurture relationships.
