Welcome to the AMT Squirrel Works Photo Booth! Please read these Terms and Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”) How does the photo booth service work? AMT Squirrel Works offers a digital photography service. You can have your picture taken by one of our employers in the photo booth. You’ll have to provide us with your name and email address, so we can send your photo to you. After you have your photo taken, we’ll send you an email with the link to our landing page, where you can download your picture. You understand and agree that we display your picture on our landing page together with other pictures we have taken from every attendee of our photo booth during the TIA Conference 2019. In addition, you agree that we and our partner AM Transport Services, Inc. may send you advertising and marketing materials with recommendations and information that might be of interest to you. You can cancel this service at any time. Content and Rights of Publicity AMT Squirrel Works owns all rights in the photo services and backdrop images, software, and materials and the photo. You give us permission to take your picture and share it on our landing page and you agree that this action does not violate your rights of publicity or privacy. Nothing in these Terms will restrict any rights that you have to use and exploit your own image. We grant you an unlimited, non-exclusive, license to download, view, copy, display and print the Photo for your personal and commercial purposes.
